Jenison is the UK publisher and, more importantly, owner of high quality of off-the-shelf elearning resources, learning management tools and rapid content authoring.
All of our elearning resources are designed to develop the knowledge and skills of employees and in turn improve the overall effectiveness of the organisation.
The resources can be deployed via Jenison’s hosted learning management system, CheckPoint, or via the client’s existing LMS, while clients can meet their in-house authoring requirements using Perform, our rapid authoring tool.
How can Jenison work for me?
Whether you need a single course title to support, for instance, a traditional classroom training session, through to ensuring a large dispersed workforce are provided with a comprehensive suite of resources, Jenison can provide you with the solution you require. Real examples of how our management resources are currently being used by organisations across the public and private sector include:
- The learning outcomes in the resources have been mapped to the requirements contained a multi-tiered competency or behaviour framework
- All the resources meet SCORM 1.2 standards and are often provided to clients to be imported and populated onto their existing Learning Management System. Recent examples include a telecoms provider using the resources on Cornerstone On Demand, and a bank using the resources on SABA and travel company on Edvantge.
- The resources have been used as a ‘just in time’ resource for a large number of high street located supervisors employed by a multi-national bank to support and underpin the requirements in a new leadership and development strategy.
- The resources have been used as pre- and post-course resources to support traditional classroom delivery and additionally have led to decreases in the volume of sessions needed via classroom delivery.
- The resources have been used to support management qualifications including the level 5 Certificate in Management delivered by the Institute of Leadership & Management.
- The end user Microsoft Office resources have been used prior to the upgrade from Office 2003 to Office 2010 to ensure thousands of staff in different locations staff are familiar and up to speed with how the applications are used, resulting in a significant reduction in help desk calls.
