For learners, CheckPoint facilitates their use of the courses whilst remaining unobtrusive in their individual learning process. With easy-to-use features and a simple-to-navigate user interface, CheckPoint provides learners a quick and uncomplicated gateway to their portfolio of learning. CheckPoint can be used at 3 different levels and therefore provides different functionality for learners, managers and training administrators.

Product Features
• Centralised administration and tracking facility: allows trainers to monitor and assess student performance and course usage
• Easy-to-use interface: allows trainers to control access to courses and allocate security privileges.
• Ability to group and report on users
For learners
• My courses tab: provides access for the learner to all the courses assigned to them
• My settings tab: enables learners to change their own personal settings
• My progress tab: ensures learners can track their individual progress against all the courses
For managers
• Manage Users: Learners can be separated into groups such as branches or departments to directly reflect an organisations corporate structure. Courses can be assigned to specific learners and groups
• Reports: Four full-featured reports can be created. The journal report shows time on sections, score and status. The user report and company reports split the information down by user and division or department respectively. Test results and strengths and weaknesses in knowledge can be accessed from the Testing report
• Certificates: can be awarded for participation and completion of courses.
• Usage Chart: Recent usage of courses can be checked at a glance for managers
For training administrators
• Manage Courses: gives administrators the functionality to upload new AICC courses, change product descriptions and assign courses to specific groups
