Essentials
Provide staff with online access to core knowledge and skills training. Essentials is a portfolio of learning and development courses designed to provide staff with access to resources to build or enhance on their existing skill set: supervisors and new aspiring and middle managers can learn how they approach and undertake their day-to-day workplace activities.
The 43 courses are granular and last around 90 minutes; they are designed to enable a ‘dip in and dip out’ approach to learning, thereby enabling them to be accessed around users’ day-to-day responsibilities.
They are very easy to navigate and offer a high degree of feedback and user interaction, via the use of extensive questions through to a useful Check My Understanding feature.
The portfolio’s UK audio voiceover keeps the user’s attention and enhances the overall learning experience & strategic learning objectives that the Essentials portfolio has been used to achieve include:
