Jenison have observed that as the eLearning market has matured over the last 10 years organisations have often invested in platforms on which to manage their learning interventions. The initial driver for this may have been to act as a means of managing classroom bookings and over time has developed to include online learning resources; perhaps some self authored learning objects along with bespoke programmes and some generic/off the shelf content.

Because organisations may already have one of these existing platforms we know that they will not want staff to access Jenison content via our LMS CheckPoint; we know of numerous clients who have entered into licence agreements in the past to have 2 different platforms to deliver content over and in almost all cases this has led to mixture of data being produced in different ways with staff confusion as to where they need to access their learning.

It is for this reason we can assure organisations that the courses in our portfolios can be deployed across SCORM compliant platforms; currently we have clients successfully delivering our content across their existing platforms in industry sectors including banking, retailing, construction and central government.

Additionally, because our portfolios are broken down into small learning objects, the organisation can select the objects that for example dovetail into the needs outlined in their skills matrix, behaviour/ competency framework or management development programme. Once they have selected the courses that meet their requirements we can then work with the platform provider to populate and integrate the courses quickly and efficiently for delivery to staff.
